Tasked with launching a new service for customizing heat transfers without requiring design skills, I led the creative from concept through delivery. I built a bold visual system that became the visual hallmark of the service—neon typography juxtaposed with vintage black-and-white baseball footage, creating a nostalgic yet modern tone. This aesthetic, combined with fast-paced editing, motion graphics, and screen captures that walked viewers through the order process, reinforced the product’s accessibility, speed, and affordability.
The choice to repurpose public domain baseball films was strategic: it tapped into cultural nostalgia while letting color and typography carry the product’s refreshing energy. Within three days of launch, service users jumped by 200%, new orders rose 206%, and new customer registrations climbed 250%—proof that the creative direction directly translated into measurable growth.
