Versatrans Heat Transfers
Social Advertising Campaign
My Roles: Writer, Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, Colorist, Sound Designer
The Challenge: Versatrans was rolling out a new service that let customers order custom heat transfers without design skills—but to succeed, the launch needed more than an instructional video. It needed a visual identity bold enough to stop thumbs mid-scroll and clear enough to make ordering feel effortless.
The Process: I built the campaign’s entire look and feel from scratch, fusing neon typography with archival black-and-white baseball footage to strike a tone both nostalgic and modern. Fast-paced editing, motion graphics, and strategic screen captures guided viewers step-by-step through the ordering process, while the retro baseball aesthetic injected personality and memorability. Repurposing public domain footage wasn’t just a creative flex—it was a strategic move that amplified cultural nostalgia while letting typography and color carry the product’s fresh energy.
The Results: The launch didn’t just resonate, it exploded. Within three days, service users jumped 206%, new orders surged 200%, and customer registrations climbed 250%. The campaign became a proof point that strong creative direction drives measurable growth.
